1. Where is Viva Luxe based?


Viva Luxe is proudly based in Lakeland, Florida, and Latina-owned by Daniela Rojas — a professional makeup artist and hairstylist who built this brand to celebrate beauty, confidence, and culture.

2. Do you offer makeup services as well as products?


Yes! Daniela offers makeup and hairstyling appointments for clients in and around Lakeland, Florida. You can reach out through our Contact Us page to schedule your appointment.

 

3. What languages do you speak?

 

We speak English and Spanish — ¡Hablamos español!
You can reach out in either language, and our team will be happy to assist.

 

4. Do you test your products on different skin tones?

 

Absolutely. Inclusivity is at the heart of Viva Luxe. Our products are tested on a variety of skin tones to ensure that every color, formula, and finish works beautifully for everyone.

Shipping Information (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States 🇺🇸

1. How long does shipping take?

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS.

 

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

 

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.95

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

 

At this time, we only ship within the United States — but we’re working hard to make Viva Luxe available worldwide soon! 🌎

 

4. How can I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

5. What if my package is lost or damaged?

 

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at VivaLuxeBeauty@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?


Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered used and cannot be resold or returned

2. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at VivaLuxeBeauty@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.
