At Viva Luxe, we want you to love every product you purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vivaluxebeauty@outlook.com. To process your request include your order number, your name, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Once aproved, we'll gladly replace the item or issue store credit for the amount of your purchase.
